Clean, clear, floral, with the lime the lead singer, and then the others backing up harmoniously, There is a light but strong sweetness, that doesn't cloy or mar the flavours, absolutely delicious. The palate delivers a bouquet of flowers as promised... There is a delightful lifted finish, green and zesty yet aromatic still. Complex and deeply pleasing."

Harvested from the wild flowers in the diverse landscapes of Tyne and Wear and the wilds of Northumberland.

The taste: Very floral, can be quite clear depending upon what flowers the bees produce the honey from. A great mix of clover, hedgerow, and trees. Can contain a mix of 4 months of flowers. A very popular all-round honey.
